  I had a misfortune of purchasing a Groupon for a facial and pedicure with Maria Tran. I can't believe how unprofessional someone could be. After applying something on my face 10 minutes after the beginning of the facial, Maria covered it with a hot towel while watching videos on her phone. Talk about a relaxing experience when someone is blasting loud music near you! 20 minutes later (yes, she kept the towel on my face for 20 minutes) I got up, said that this experience leaves much to be desired and walked out. She said something like: "Where are you going? We still have some time!" Time for what? Yes, this is my time, and I choose not to waste it.
