  I've been coming to H&R Block for 5 years. I came to this H&R Block and the lady that I had apt with to do my taxes was so unprofessional. She was uncertain with options to pick she kept asking for help that I requested for the manager and she ended up doing my taxes. I do not recommend this HR Block to get your taxes done as they take your refunds without notifying the customer that state has even been received. So not only did they take my hole state taxes they take my federal taxes as well. I am a single mom of 4 kids and this place took advantage I will NEVER return..
