  This place has a nice community and the apartments are fairly nice, But...the management is absolutely rediculus. The manager in charge is the most unprofessional person in business! Carefull renting here, costs tend to go up every year dramatically and if your a half a day late on rent, ( the 4th ) it's ten percent of your rent....in my case $110.00 dollars! I'll be moving soon. And I should mention the black widows all over and the roaches in the apt. Asked them three times to take care of it.....nothing; had to do it my self!
