  I went to pick up a rifle. The manager, Natalie, was not concerned with finalizing the paperwork. I had to wait over an hour for Natalie to find time to authorize the paperwork. She then went out of her way to avoid me and never explained why she made me wait for an hour. Then the clerk ask if I wanted to be part of the awards program. I told him no due to Natalie wasting my time. I will never go there again. Natalie's poor performance and lack of urgency guarantees I well never shop there again. I hope her managers read this and take appropriate action.
  Horrible horrible service on her part.
