  Dr. Felix performed bariatric surgery on me about three years ago. He also performed a tummy tuck on me about 1 1/2 years ago. He is a wonderful surgeon and he cares. He was very concerned with how I looked after losing the weight. He was also very comforting during my long hospital stays! I adore him!!! However, I had a small follow-up surgical procedure that he was going to do at no charge and asked me to schedule it with his staff. After numerous attempts and cancellations - the staff told me (basically) "don't call us - we'll call you" when he is available. I have never heard - that was last September!!! I would still definitely recommend Dr. Felix - but am disappointed in follow-up and lack of care of his staff at that time!!! Of course, to them it's a job and I am not family. The staff at the time of my initial visits were the greatest!!!!! Where did they go??
