  Went there to fix a jerky motion when car hit bumps. Was given estimate & told that would fix it. Paid over $400 & was told they DID fixed it. On the way home found out it was NOT fixed. Brought it back a few days later & was told that we needed to pay another $350 to get rid of the jerky motion & that WE(my husband AND I) heard wrong because they would NEVER say that it was fixed. The best part about this experience was the last employee we talked to (Will), who was very communicative and clear, unlike the previous employee from our first visit. Decided to go somewhere else for repair due to inability to trust their basic communication.

  Uh oh! Not enough stars for this +5-Star business. This is a GREAT tire store! I was very happy when their business ventured our way from the Pacific Northwest. When you pull up they come out to greet and assist you. Pricing is slightly more than other places but it is more than made up for in their customer care/service. They will work with you on what is best for your vehicle. On both my cars, I have met the manufactures milage rating every time. One time I showed up on a Saturday morning 30 mins before they opened so I could be "first in". The manager came out to greet me. I told him I would wait until opening time and he said, "I can get you started right now if you would like." One word - AWESOME!!!!
